Hotel Policy

Thank you for choosing Klang Histana Hotel. We strive to provide excellent services and accommodation to all our guests. As part of our commitment to transparency and effective communication, we have implemented the following hotel policy. Please read it carefully before making a reservation.

  • All reservation required credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
  • Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia
  • Rates are inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST).
  • Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit Card. Major credit cards accepted.
  • Room booking is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email and full payment.
  • Guests shall be liable to contact us immediately if he/she fails to receive any reply from us for whatever reasons.

NO REFUND POLICY

1. Reservation Confirmation:Once you make a reservation with KlanG Histana Hotel, it is considered a confirmed booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings:All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
3. Modification Policy:In case you need to modify your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, any modifications made to the booking, such as changes in dates, room type, or duration of stay, may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the modification.
4. Incidentals and Damages:Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay, such as room service, minibar usage, or damages to the hotel property. These charges will be billed to the guest's credit card on file. Any damages caused by the guest will be assessed and charged accordingly.
5. Discretionary Refunds:While our policy states that no refunds will be issued, reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases, solely at our discretion.

Late check-in (after 6pm on the Arrival Date)

No-Show Policy: (after 8pm of the Arrival Date)

No-show on the original check-in date, hotel reserves the right to levy the entire stay charges via credit card and all bookings will be deemed cancelled. Any delayed check-in (date) will subject to room availability.

Early Check-Out Policy

For check-out earlier than the original booking, hotel reserved the rights to impose the full charges via credit card.
