Hotel Policy
- All reservations required credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
- Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia.
- Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
- Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit Card. Major credit cards accepted.
- Room booking is confirmed upon issuance of a confirmation email and full payment.-Guests shall be liable to contact us immediately if he/she fails to receive any reply from us for whatever reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Once booking is confirmed. A cancellation fee of 30% charge against the amount paid will be imposed for cancellation made more than 3 Working days notification prior to the Arrival Date.
- Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night's room charge on the first night and 50% of room charge on the second night. However, room charge will be waived for subsequent nights.
Amendment Policy
- You may amend your reservation (including changing dates, room types, and/or number of rooms) at no cost provided that the modifications are made 72 hours before the check-in date. Amendment made within 72 hours will be imposed with 30% of the total room charges.
- Change of guest name is allowed at any time with no cost. However, you are advised to inform us in advance.
No-Show Policy
- No-show on the original check-in date, hotel reserves the right to levy the entire stay charges via credit card and all bookings will be deemed cancelled. Any delayed check-in(date) will subject to room availability.
Early Check-out Policy
- For check-out earlier than the original booking, hotel reserves the right to impose the full charges via credit card.
